Slovenian Summer School

August 2003

During the summer of 2003, 28 law students from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, visited NYU Law and the Hauser Global Law School Program, to participate in a summer school focusing on the Law of the World Trade Organization. Classes were taught by Professor Joseph Weiler (Director, Hauser Global Law School Program), Professor Jan Martinez (Stanford University), Martina Kocjan (Teaching Fellow and Emile Noel Fellow) and Dr. Nico Krisch (Hauser Research Scholar). The event marks the first step in an initiative to establish a yearly summer school open to students from all countries, on the Law of the WTO, to be held under the auspices of the Hauser Global Law School Program here at NYU Law.
