Creme Maracuja

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of concentrated passion fruit juice (without the seeds, the seeds shall be used to decorate)


  1. To decorate, put the seeds, 1 spoon of sugar and a bit of passion fruit juice on to heat. Once the mixture becomes a caramelized juice, put the juice on the top of the cream in the glass.
  2. All the mixture together in the blender and mix it until it becomes a cream. Put in a glass; add the caramelized juice and some mint leaves on the side. Put in the refrigerator for approximately 5 hours and then serve.
