Dan Sarooshi is Associate Professor in Public International Law and Deputy-Director of the Institute of Global Law at University College London (UCL), University of London. He is also Of Counsel to the London law-firm Tite & Lewis, in association with Ernst & Young, where he advises governments and corporations on WTO matters. Prior to joining UCL, he worked with the UN War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. His book The United Nations and the Development of Collective Security won the 2000 Guggenheim Prize and the 2001 American Society of International Law book prize (the 'Certificate of Merit').
