Directions
- Cut four chicken
breasts into smaller pieces. Cut up 1 onion into small pieces and put in pot
with olive oil and cook lightly. Add chicken and black peppercorns till chicken
is cooked on the outside.
- Add 1/2 cup boiling
water, about a cup of okra for each chicken breast, parsley and a tin of diced
tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and leave to boil on a low fire. Do not
mix okra with spoon or it will fall apart.
- Once cooked add fresh
bread and feta cheese!
