Kevin
Klingbeil is a graduate of NYU School of Law (LL.M, Trade Regulation, '02), the
University of Washington School of Law (JD, '00) and the University of Missouri
(BA, English, Geography, '96). Kevin recently served as an independent
environmental consultant and attorney in Seattle, Washington and Denver,
Colorado assisting nonprofit organizations and citizens groups in Africa and
the western United States, including the Center for Environmental Law &
Policy in Seattle, Washington and the Colorado Environmental Business Alliance
in Boulder, Colorado, with significant environmental and water rights
litigation and sustainable development initiatives. He has also worked with the
Rural Development Institute and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in
Seattle, Washington, Nature Kenya in Nairobi, Kenya, the United Nations
Development Program in New York, and a host of other governmental and
non-governmental environmental, indigenous, and human rights organizations
throughout the world.
Mr.
Klingbeil currently serves as both the Executive Director of the Jean Monnet
Center and an Emile Noel Fellow. |
