Martina
Kocjan has studied law at the University of Ljubljana. In 2001 and 2002 she was
a stagiaire at the Constitutional Court of Slovenia. She has written articles
on European constitutional law and other subjects of interest, which have been
published in Slovenia's journal for practicing lawyers, human rights journals,
and the Ljubljana Law Faculty's student journal, where she has from 2000 also
been member of the editorial board.
During
the Academic years 2002/03 and 2003/04 she will be working as Professor Joseph
Weiler's Teaching Fellow at NYU School of Law.
While
at the Jean Monnet Center she will develop her work on the evolution of
European constitutional law and on the constitution of the EU. |
